Good Girl, Very Bad Boy!!!

So, Have you ever had those moments where your kid finally does something that you actually asked them to do? It's an awesome feeling, to say the least.

Well, the other day Melissa asked Haven to go clean/pick-up her room... ...and she was doing just that, with Melissa's help. However, in the sleak shadow's of her room creeped a ferocious (and at times, really freakin' funny) and sneaky threat. Haven didn't notice the aformentioned threat and kept doing as she was told, cleaning her room thinking about the praise she would receive after being done. The threat calmly chose a weapon of his choice, the infamous "etch-a-sketch". He carefully took aim, breathing out a full breath, expelling half a breath and launched it right to an imaginary bulls-eye on havens back half of her head.... The rest of the story was pandemonium. Haven let out a shriek that could have broken glass. Melissa lost focus of Haven as fast as the shriek was heard and the Perpetrator was whisked of the top of the bed and in TIME-OUT faster than he could have ever realized. Melissa returned to what she thought was an over-reacting daughter, but found a little girl holding her head with blood running down her fingers.

After a long ride full of crying and screaming to the instacare Haven was admitted for emergency surgery for placement of 3 staples, but all was well after she had a "white ice cream" cone.

The Aftermath:
Zeke has been banned from the bunkbed.
Haven seems a little more cautious when Zeke is behind her.
Melissa probably won't always think Haven is "over-reacting"

Check out the carnage.
