Summer Wrap Up 2011

As Labor Day approaches I kind of get a sick pit in my stomach, don't get me wrong I love fall and Christmastime but nothing compared to the summer. We have had a busy fun filled summer and I hate to see it come to an end. We have spent a lot of time in the sun doing yard work, season pass to the water park, riding bikes, swimming lessons, catching bugs/lizards/snakes/etc, camping, fishing, BBQ's, late nights standing in the street visiting with neighbors while the kids play, but best of all spending time with our incredible friends and family. Our camera is a piece and we need a new one so I haven't been taking as many pics lately and the pics that I do take generally look like crap but here are a few anyway.
Scout thinks if she is awake then everyone should be, especially if we are all in the tent!

Building Forts
Haven and some friends made up a "dance routine" and performed it at our neighborhood 4th of July bash.
I love this pic! She is always going to the window to see where the kids are.


Our amazing friends that we really miss and only get to see about once a year cuz they live in Africa. I think we may be needing to plan a trip there soon!
